Participation Expectations & Access Disclaimer
Participation in the Neighborhood Watch Program is based on trust, safety, and responsible conduct.
Access to program communication channels, including Signal groups, may be limited, paused, or revoked at any time if participation is determined to pose a risk to community safety, privacy, or program integrity.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Sharing unverified or misleading information
• Escalating situations or encouraging confrontation
• Ignoring communication or safety guidelines
• Misusing access to monitor, intimidate, or harass others
• Acting outside the scope of the program
Participation in this program does not grant authority to intervene, confront individuals, or act on behalf of Fuerza Unida or any other organization.
Decisions regarding access are made to prioritize community well-being and may be taken without prior notice.
Participation in the Neighborhood Watch Program is voluntary.
All participants are solely responsible for their own actions, decisions, and conduct, both online and in person.
Fuerza Unida does not direct, authorize, or control individual actions taken by participants and is not responsible or liable for any conduct, outcomes, injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from individual behavior.
Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, or representative relationship with Fuerza Unida.
This program exists to share information responsibly, reduce fear, and support community safety through observation, documentation, and communication; not intervention or enforcement.
